Application Scenario

DDoS High Defense "Guardian Plan" provides 24-hour free high-defense protection services for enterprise customers currently facing DDoS attacks or extortion.

Application Requirements

Thank you for your interest! Before applying for the emergency protection service, please understand the following application conditions:

• The applicant must be an enterprise customer and complete real-name authentication.
• The normal business QPS (Queries Per Second) should not exceed 10,000.
• Each application account and enterprise can apply for emergency protection service for one day at most once a year. The DDoS attack peak should be less than 100 Gbps.
• If you meet the above conditions, please submit the application, and we will review and provide the service as soon as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer support team!

Required Information for Application

In the ticket, provide the following information:

• Enterprise Name: Please provide the complete name of the enterprise.
• Applicant and Position: Please provide the name and position of the applicant.
• Mobile Number: Please provide the mobile phone number. DDoS Attack Magnitude: Please specify the magnitude of the attack, for example, 50 Gbps or 100,000 QPS.
• DDoS Attack Extortion Evidence: Please provide screenshots of the extortion (if any).
• Business Type: Please specify whether it's a client-side business (e.g., gaming), website business (including API), or other.
• Business Protocol: Please specify TCP/UDP/HTTP/HTTPS.
• Business Maximum QPS: The maximum QPS of the business in a non-attack state.

Get 1-Day Free Protection

For those who meet the application conditions, vouchers for purchasing a 100 Gbps protection instance for one day will be issued. Upon receiving the voucher notification, please log in to DDoS High Defense and purchase the emergency version (configure the purchase duration as 1 day).

Activate Protection

After purchase, follow the instructions to activate the protection service and start defense.

Long-term Protection

DDoS High Defense "Guardian Plan" provides a 24-hour free emergency protection service to help you temporarily defend against DDoS attacks. If you need long-term DDoS high-defense protection, please renew the instance in a timely manner.
