BCC supports two billing modes: prepaid and postpaid mode. The specific rules are as follows:

• Prepayment requires a one-time payment of months or years in advance, and the price is lower than post-payment.
• Post payment will be charged by the hour, and generate bills on an hourly basis in Beijing time. The bill is generated within 1 hour after the end of the current billing cycle. For example, the bill for the period of 10:00-11:00 is generated before 12:00. The specific generation time depends on the system billing time.
• Before the purchase of instance, make sure no debt resides in the account and the sum of balance and voucher available is greater than or equals to 100 CNY.

Low Balance Reminders and Arrears

• Reminder of Insufficient Balance:

  • Judge whether your account balance, including available vouchers, is sufficient to pay for the next 3 days according to your bill amount for the last 3 days; if insufficient, the system sends you a renewal reminder.
  • Judge whether your account balance, including available vouchers, is sufficient to pay for the next day according to your bill amount for the last day; if insufficient, the system sends you a renewal reminder.

• Arrears Handling:

  • Check if your account balance is sufficient to pay for GPU bills at the hour of Beijing time (for example, check if the account balance is sufficient to pay for bills from 10:00 to 11:00 at 11:00 of Beijing time); if not, the arrears are confirmed, and the system sends the renewal reminder.
  • The service is stopped immediately after the account being in arrears. The system sends the service suspension notice in arrears. The data is retained for 7 days free of charge. The data is released if you do not top up within 7 days. The system sends a release notice 1 day before and during the release.
