Express Tunnel (ET)

ET is a network transmission service with high performance and excellent security. When the user’s core data is routed over the Internet, the ET allows the user to avoid network quality problems, such as jitter, delay, and packet loss. It greatly improves the performance and security of user business.

Overview

ET provides customers with a fast and reliable connection between IDC and Baidu AI Cloud. ET consists of Physical Connection and ET gateway. Users can divide multiple ETs on the Physical Connection as the virtual link resource. The ET gateway is created and maintained by users in their VPC. Users bind ETs to the specified ET gateway and configures the routes at both ends to realize traffic interworking.

ET is the virtual link divided on the Physical Connection to connect the virtual network and the user data center on Baidu AI Cloud.
